Observation Drawing Course

This 3 week class will take a thorough look at how to observe what you are drawing and apply your observation to the paper. We will explore "right side of the brain" excercises, use multiple drawing mediums; pencil, charcoal and conte crayon as well as encourage exploration throughout the course. Drawing through observation, technique, inspiration and self-expression will be the focus of the classes. Students will practice rendering shapes and objects and how to see light and shadow using pencil and charcoal. This is a fantastic class for those with little or no experience and for those wanting to expand their skills and knowledge, to further their artwork with superior skill. Drawing materials will be included.
