Silk Painted Suncatchers: Level 1

This translucent type of painting on silk with transparent paints glow like stained glass when held up to the sun. This is an easy  introductory level of silk painting on a  prestretched silk hoop and ready to paint. Finished paintings are ready to hang.Participants will enjoy watching the colors flow and interact with one another, while learning how to use resists, glaze colors, and create textural effects. This class requires no previous artistic skill and is truely for all who want to join in.
